In the lower left half of this table are correlations between variables. All correlations were computed using individual values from BXD animals (n = 254), not from strain averages. These values are therefore typical of what would be obtained from a mixed or genetically heterogeneous population of animals.

 

In the upper right half are coefficients of determination (R2) expressed as percentages.

 

Correlations greater than 0.138 are significant (P <0.05). Correlations greater than 0.181 are significant (P <0.01).
